Urban Partners recently completed the 2017 Fayette County Housing Demand Study which identified mid-term (10 year) housing demand in the county. The Study identified the overall housing need for the County by 2025, as well as the distribution of housing types.

We had the privilege or working with a diverse group of stakeholders who collaborated on this project: LFUCG Division of Planning, Fayette County Property Valuation Administrator, Lexington Downtown Development Authority, Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors, Building Industry Association of Central Kentucky, and the Fayette Alliance.
